He is an experienced operator and investment professional with a strong track record in the heavy-truck aftermarket sector. He has executed $100M+ in acquisitions across nine transactions, generating over $25M in incremental EBITDA, and has led strategic initiatives across technology rollout, operational improvement, and performance management in large-scale service environments.
Before founding Blue Gulf Partners, Ryan served in corporate development at TravelCenters of America, where his work contributed to the company’s transformation and its $1.3B sale to BP in 2023.
